June 3 is National Gun Violence Awareness Day
Let’s first take time to mourn all those who have lost their lives to gun violence.
And then let’s all commit to providing a safer community.
Innocent children and adults are losing their lives in Buffalo and across our country.
We can no longer be spectators.
Enough is enough.
Together, we all can make a difference.
Stop Hate.
End Racism.
End Gun Violence.
Choose Love.
We continue to work with the community leaders in East Buffalo and across our region to better understand how to help, and to act on solutions. This is both our short-term and long-term pledge.
We encourage you to learn, donate or support the following efforts at ending gun violence and helping our community. Click here for a resource page featuring information on anti-violence organizations.
