The Dhane & Josh Show, an interview series produced by the Buffalo Bandits, will be available to watch and listen to on the Buffalo Bandits YouTube channel.
The series will dive into topics from the lacrosse world, Buffalo sports, and whatever else has Dhane and Josh’s interest in the moment. They’ll interview special guests each month as well.
Dhane and Josh Show: Season 3
Episode 11: Dhane and Josh
Dhane and Josh kick off the newest season of The Dhane & Josh Show with a summer recap and Bandits season preview episode. They each discuss their busy summers, filled with each of them getting married, Dhane winning another Mann Cup with the Six Nations Chiefs and both winning a gold medal with Team Canada. The guys also preview the coming season for the Bandits and what it will take to three-peat.
Episode 12: Joe Andreessen
Dhane and Josh welcome Buffalo Bills linebacker and Buffalo native, Joe Andreessen to the show. They each talk about their experiences on Banner Raising Night and how special they felt the night was. They also break down film and some highlights from their matchup with the Rochester Knighthawks. Their conversation with Joe Andreessen includes his story of making the Bills roster after receiving a tryout to rookie minicamp and his experience in the NFL so far. Andreessen talks about growing up in Buffalo rooting for the Bills and now turning to an important player on the roster.
Episode 13: Dennis Gilbert
Dhane Smith and Josh Byrne welcome Buffalo Sabres defenseman and Buffalo native, Dennis Gilbert to the show! Dennis talks about growing up in Buffalo and his professional career so far which started at Notre Dame, then drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks, traded to the Colorado Avalanche, with the Calgary Flames and now with the Sabres. He shares stories of his career, talks about Bandits games and what growing up a Sabres fan was like.
Episode 14: Connor Farrel
Dhane and Josh welcome Bandits teammate Connor Farrell to the show! Connor talks about his journey leading up to him joining the Bandits mid-way through the 2023-24 season and his experiences with Banditland. Dhane and Josh break down highlights, including Connor’s first NLL goal, talk about the season so far and share some interesting stories about Connor!

Episode 6: Matt Vinc
Buffalo Bandits goaltender Matt Vinc joins Dhane and Josh for the start of Season Two of The Dhane & Josh Show. They discuss Matt’s 18-year career, his NLL records and championships, as well as the start of the 2023-24 season for the Bandits.
Episode 7: Rob Ray
Buffalo Sabres legend Rob Ray joins Dhane Smith and Josh Byrne of the Buffalo Bandits for an episode of The Dhane & Josh Show! They discuss Rob’s 16-year NHL career and time with the Buffalo Sabres, as well as his post-playing career in broadcast with the organization.
Episode 8: Chef Darian Bryan
World famous Chef Darian Bryan joins Dhane Smith and Josh Byrne for another episode of The Dhane & Josh Show. Featured on The Food Network, ESPN and CBS, Chef Darian is a private chef for various professional athletes, like Josh Allen and Von Miller. Watch as he discusses growing up in Jamaica, coming to America to start his career and stories of working with a long list of professional athletes!
Episode 9: Quintin Morris
Dhane and Josh are joined by Buffalo Bills tight end Quintin Morris to discuss his NFL career, Bandits fandom and his family. Dhane and Josh talk with Quintin about his new-found love for lacrosse and Banditland as well as his favorite memories of Bandits games so far. Quintin tells stories of playing with Josh Allen in the Bills offense and gives a preview of what the Bills team will look like next season.
Episode 10: Special NLL Cup Champions Editions with Chris Cloutier, Chase Fraser & Ian MacKay
Dhane and Josh are joined by Buffalo Bandits teammates Ian MacKay, Chris Cloutier and Chase Fraser to discuss the 2024 NLL Playoffs and their journey to back-to-back NLL Championships. The guys break down the biggest plays and stories from each game during the playoff run, including an overtime-winner vs the Georgia Swarm, a sweep of the Toronto Rock and beating the Firewolves in the NLL Finals.

Episode 1: Pat Kaleta
In the first-ever episode of The Dhane & Josh Show, Pat Kaleta joins Buffalo Bandits Dhane Smith and Josh Byrne. They talk about his first NHL game which happened to be the Ottawa Brawl, his current role with the Buffalo Sabres, a recent trip to Ireland, his LEGO room, and more. Dhane and Josh talk about the Bills and Sabres success lately, and preview their upcoming matchup against Halifax December 30th.
Episode 2: Owen Power & Rasmus Dahlin
Buffalo Sabres defensemen Owen Power and Rasmus Dahlin join Buffalo Bandits Dhane Smith and Josh Byrne for episode 2 of The Dhane & Josh Show! They talk Buffalo Sabres hockey, Owen’s lacrosse career as a kid, what they love most about Buffalo, and more.
Episode 3: Hayley Scamurra
Buffalo native, and Olympic athlete Hayley Scamurra join Buffalo Bandits Dhane Smith and Josh Byrne for episode 3 of The Dhane & Josh Show! They talk about Hayley’s playing career, and her experience playing hockey for Team USA in the 2022 Winter Olympics.
Episode 4: Billy Dee Smith
Buffalo Bandits legend Billy Dee Smith joins Dhane and Josh for episode 4 of The Dhane & Josh Show! They talk Billy’s 17-year playing career and his now coaching career. Stories from his day’s winning the championship with the Bandits in 2008, his family pet pig and much more!
Episode 5: John Tavares
Buffalo Bandits legend and Head Coach John Tavares joins The Dhane & Josh Show to discuss the team’s championship run! Dhane and Josh ask him about his days playing for the Bandits and about the ups and downs of the season which led to an NLL Championship.
