Priolo (6’5”, 234 lbs., 1/15/1989) returns to the Bandits for his 11th campaign with the team after playing in all 18 regular-season games for the seventh consecutive season. He finished the year with a new career high in goals (11) and tied his career high in points (26), earning him NLL All-Pro Second Team honors and an NLL Defenseman of the Year nomination. He led the Bandits in caused turnovers (23) and loose balls recovered (135), and ranked second in scoring among all NLL defensemen. He continued his offensive prowess into the playoffs, leading all NLL defensemen in playoff goals (2), assists (8) and points (10), setting new postseason career highs in each category.
The St. Catharines, Ontario native has totaled 157 points (45+112) in 159 career games with Buffalo, adding 13 points (2+11) in 15 playoff games. He finished the 2018-19 season ranked in the top 10 in franchise history in both regular-season games played (159, 5th) and loose balls recovered (895, 6th). A two-time Bandits captain, Priolo has also played box lacrosse at the international level, winning a gold medal with Team Canada at both the 2015 and 2019 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships. Priolo is currently the longest-tenured Bandit on Buffalo’s roster, after being selected by the team in the second round (21st overall) in the 2009 NLL Entry Draft.
