The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has signed forwards Dan Kritkausky and Brian Wiles to one-year contracts, pending league approval.
Kritkausky (6’0”, 190 lbs.) played five seasons of collegiate lacrosse, including four seasons at Mercyhurst University and one season at Canisius University. Kritkausky recorded 27 points (19+8), 26 loose-ball recoveries and three caused turnovers in 41 career games at Mercyhurst. As a graduate student at Canisius, the Orchard Park, New York native posted 15 goals, which ranked second on the team, and 10 loose-ball recoveries in 10 games with the Golden Griffins.
Wiles (5’8”, 180 lbs.) finished his collegiate career with 16 points (12+4) in 18 career games, split between Canisius University and UMass Lowell. Wiles spent the 2020 and 2021 seasons at Canisius, and played in four games. The Longmeadow, Massachusetts native spent the 2022 and 2023 seasons at UMass Lowell. Wiles totaled 12 goals, four assists and 17 loose-ball recoveries in 14 games for the River Hawks. Wiles was a member of the United States World Junior Lacrosse Championship team in 2018 and 2019.
