By tendering a valid ticket and entering KeyBank Center (“Arena”) ticket holder, both on behalf of him/herself and any accompanying minor, agrees to the terms of the ticket including that: (a) the ticket constitutes a revocable license to enter the Arena and observe the Buffalo Bandits (“Bandits”) game for which the ticket grants admission (“Event”); (b) the holder is not allowed to transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the Event including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information concerning the Event (including pre and post Event activities) (the “Event information”); (c) the Bandits and the National Lacrosse League (“NLL”) are the exclusive owners for all copyrights and other proprietary rights to the Event and Event Information; and (d) the holder grants unrestricted right and license to use the holder’s voice, image and/or likeness incidental to any broadcast, telecast, photograph taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with the Event, or otherwise, to the Bandits and the NLL and their respective affiliates, sponsors, licensees, advertisers and/or broadcasters.

The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including contests and sweepstakes) without the express written consent of the Bandits. The ticket may not be resold within one thousand five hundred feet from the physical structure of this place of entertainment under penalty of law. The ticket is subject to any federal, state or local law or regulation as may be applicable concerning the sale or re-sale of tickets. The price on the front shows the box office price, which is the established price for the ticket. Holder agrees to abide by policies of the Bandits, NLL, its member clubs and Arena.

The license granted by the ticket may be terminated, without refund or further liability, upon: (a) breach of any of the preceding provisions or (b) if the holder is deemed to be disorderly, intoxicated, use vulgar language or violates any other Arena rule, regulation or directive. The date and time of the Event are subject to change by the Bandits in its discretion. No refund or other remedy will be provided if ticket holder cannot attend. If an Event is cancelled and not replayed, the sole and exclusive remedy is refund of established price of ticket. Ticket holder will not be entitled to consequential, incidental or exemplary damages of any kind. Management reserves the right to inspect and/or search all persons, packages and bags entering the premises and prohibited items may be confiscated.

WARNING! YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK WITH RESPECT TO THE DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO THIS EVENT whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event including specifically (but not exclusively) the dangers of being struck by sticks, balls, and other equipment, by spectators, players or by thrown objects.

WARNING! DESPITE ENHANCED SPECTATOR SHIELDING MEASURES, BALLS AND OTHER OBJECTS MAY STILL FLY INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA. SERIOUS INJURY CAN OCCUR. STAY ALERT AT ALL TIMES INCLUDING DURING WARMUP AND AFTER PLAY STOPS. IF STRUCK, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT AN USHER FOR ASSISTANCE.

Holder agrees that the Bandits, Arena, the NLL, the member clubs of the NLL and current and former players, and each of their affiliates, parents, related entities, owners, governors, officers, directors, partners, principals, employees and agents are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from or relating to such causes or otherwise occurring at or in connection with Event.
