Accessible Entrances
For the convenience of our patrons with disabilities, all entrances in the KeyBank Center are accessible. The main entrances to the building are equipped with electric power doors.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seats are available on all Levels of the KeyBank Center. Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. To arrange seating for a group that requires accommodations please call the Account Services Office. Patrons requiring accessible seating are allowed up to three companion seats.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available free of charge at Guest Services for most events. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. A central FM transmitter services all seating areas. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Account Services Office
Account Services Office
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and closed on Saturday and Sunday. On Arena event days, business hours are 12:00 p.m. through the end of the event. For your convenience, KeyBank Center’s Box Office has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office. All event hours are subject to change.
ATMs
ATMs are available in the following locations:
- Street Level in the Pavilion next to the ticket windows (Cash Court)
- Outside Heineken Headlines Bar on the 100-Level near Aisle 4
- South Food Court on the 100-Level near Aisle 16
- Just past the Suite Level stairs near Aisle 13 on the 200-Level
- West Food Court on the 300-Level near Aisle 2
Backstage Passes
Backstage passes are not available through KeyBank Center.
Bag Policy
All bags must be inspected upon entry. All bags, backpacks and purses are prohibited. Clutches no larger than 4 x 6 x 1.5″ are permitted and will be subject to visual inspection. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after they go through a thorough security screening.
Patrons can no longer store larger bags with Account Services during the game.
Please note, that medical items and diaper bags are permitted in the building.
Box Office

Camera Policy
The camera policies are determined by the nature of the event:
- Buffalo Sabres/Buffalo Bandits games: Flash photography is permitted. Guests may use cameras (including digital) with long lenses provided they do not obstruct the view of other patrons. In addition, guests and their cameras cannot block aisles or access-ways. Tri-Pods are NOT permitted.
- Guests may only take photos from their seats and are not permitted to use the “mouseholes” in the glass. Video cameras are permitted during youth hockey or lacrosse only. Only credentialed media are permitted to use approved areas, such as the 200-level platforms and glass cutouts.
Children’s Seating
Adults wishing to bring children ages 3 and under into a Bandits game, free of charge, must stop at the Account Services Office on their way into the game. The Account Services Office will issue a child admittance pass for access into the game. This pass will not be for a seat but allows the child to sit on an adult’s lap. For other events, the age limitation may vary. Please contact the Account Services Office for more information.

Donations
Please send the Bandits Donation Department a letter on your organization’s letterhead regarding your event, the kind of assistance you are looking for, and the date of the event. The request must be received by the Buffalo Bandits no later than four weeks prior to the event. Some consideration may be given to requests that are made less than four weeks prior. Doors
The opening times vary according to the nature of the event. Typically times are as follows, but may vary:
- Regular season Buffalo Bandits games open 1 hour before faceoff.
- Concerts/Events are generally open 1 hour before the show starts.
Dress Code Policy
All persons entering KeyBank Center must be appropriately dressed wearing shirt and shoes.
Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains are located on all Levels and are accessible.
Duplicate Seat Policy
KeyBank Center and the Buffalo Bandits are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If tickets are lost, stolen, or left behind, please contact Account Services at (716) 855-4444.
Elevators
Elevators are available for our Suite holders and patrons with disabilities. These elevators are located in the Pavilion to the right behind the escalators nearest to Main Street. The elevator in the Pavilion stops at all Levels. The elevator located by the Security Office stops at all Levels except the 300-Level. If you need assistance in locating the elevators, KeyBank Center Representatives are available. All elevators are accessible, and each elevator is equipped with Braille signs and audible tones.

Emergency Exits
Emergency exits are located throughout KeyBank Center and are clearly marked in red. KeyBank Center Representatives have been instructed and trained to assist you in evacuating the premises. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions given by the staff.

Escalators
Escalators are located at each end of the Pavilion and will take you to the 100-level seating, food courts, Labatt Blue Zone, Lexus Club, and merchandise stands. From the 100-Level, there are express escalators directly to the 300-Level.
Firearms / Weapons
Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted inside KeyBank Center or on its surrounding property at any time.
First Aid
If you require first aid, please let a KeyBank Center Representative know or go to either of the Guest Services locations (see below). The representative may escort you to the First Aid Room, which is located on the Ground Level by the Security Office.
Food and Beverage
There is a wide range of traditional and specialty food offerings available in convenient locations for our guests’ enjoyment. In-seat food and beverage service is available to Club seat patrons on the 200 level during Sabres games. All concession stands are accessible. Concession assistants are available at each concession stand to assist guests with visual impairments. Outside food and drink are generally not allowed in KeyBank Center. However, our policy continues to allow guests to bring outside food or beverage into KeyBank Center when the food or beverage are required for medical purposes. Guest Services
Guest Services is located on the 100-Level (between Aisles 7 and 8) and on the 300-Level (between Aisles 13 and 14). Guest Services is there to assist you with any concerns you may have. Guest Services opens one hour prior to the event and will remain open until one half-hour after the event ends.
Group Sales Information
Enjoy NLL lacrosse at KeyBank Center with your family, friends, co-workers, or organization. Your group can witness exciting events at KeyBank Center and enjoy big savings. It is never too early to place your group ticket order. To learn more about group tickets click here.
Inclement Weather Policy
There may be instances when events at KeyBank Center are affected by inclement weather. Tickets will not be refunded for any event that is held as scheduled. In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, KeyBank Center will announce policies and procedures at that time.
Labatt Blue Zone
The Labatt Blue Zone is centrally located on the 100 Level overlooking the Pavilion. The bar will be open 1 hour before Bandits game time and offers a full bar, friendly service, and a great view of Downtown Buffalo. Food service is available in the adjacent food courts.
The 1970 Club
Access to the 1970 Club at Buffalo Bandits games is available to all ticket holders and does not require a membership.
Lost and Found
You may claim lost items or turn in found items at the Account Services Office, which is located on the ground floor in the Pavilion. If you have misplaced something, please feel free to contact Account Services at (716) 855-4444.
Nursing Mothers’ Room
A lockable lactation suite is available in the Pavilion near the 200/Suite Level Elevators. The suite is accessible and has multiple power sources. To unlock the suite, patrons may sign-out the key at Account Services located in the Pavilion next to the Box Office.
Parking Information
Season-long parking is also available for Season Ticket Members to purchase. To purchase season-long parking, simply contact the Account Services Office. This parking is located in surface lots approximately 200 yards from the building (on Perry Street between Michigan Street and Mississippi Street). Please check the location on your parking pass or call the Account Services Office for detailed information.
Parking is available on a limited game-to-game basis in both the KeyBank Center parking ramp, Harborcenter parking ramp, and surface lots. Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The KeyBank Center parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all Levels next to the elevators.
There are a number of private parking lots in the area (not affiliated with KeyBank Center or the Buffalo Sabres).
Premium Hospitality – Lawley Suite Level
The Lawley Suite Level at KeyBank Center offers private, premium hospitality spaces perfect for entertaining clients, employees, family, or friends. Premium amenities include parking access, in-suite catering services, private restrooms, and superior views of on-field action.

KeyBank Center reserves the right to deny entry to any person or persons that are in possession of an item(s) that KeyBank Center management deems inappropriate. These items may be surrendered for the opportunity for entry to the KeyBank Center. Items not permitted inside the KeyBank Center include, but are not limited to, the following:

Other prohibited items may vary depending on event. These items may include cameras or video / audio recording devices.
Public Transportation
The Arena is conveniently located on 2 major bus routes and on the NFTA’s Metro Rail rapid transit system, which services the city of Buffalo.
Re-Entry
Re-entry to events is not permitted at KeyBank Center. For those patrons with a medical emergency, please go to the Account Services Office located in the pavilion.
Refund/Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at KeyBank Center.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the concourses. All restrooms are accessible and have baby-changing tables. In addition, accessible unisex family restrooms are available as follows:
- 100-Level between Aisles 7 and 8
- 200-Level between Aisles 15 and 16
- 300-Level between Aisles 12 and 13
Sabres Store
The Sabres Store, located at the west end of the pavilion, offers the largest selection of Buffalo Bandits merchandise, including jerseys, T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, and much more for adults, youth, and infants. Security Office
Assistance from KeyBank Center Security is available by notifying any KeyBank Center Representative. The Security Office is located on the Ground Level of the Arena and is accessible from the outside of the building. Security staff wears grey blazers during events.
Sensory Kits
Sensory kits are available free of charge at Guest Services for all events. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Account Services Office.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted at KeyBank Center. Please notify your ticket administrator at the time of purchase so that you may reserve accessible seating if available. Emotional Support animals will not be permitted inside KeyBank Center.
Smoking
KeyBank Center is now a smoke-free facility. In becoming a smoke-free facility, there will no longer be designated smoking areas on arena property and fans will not be permitted to smoke on the grounds during any games or events and includes the use of electronic tobacco products (including e-cigarettes, Nicotine inhalers, etc.).
The change in policy reflects local and national trends at sports venues and responds to an overwhelming number of fan requests.
Ticket Scalpers/Brokers
“Scalpers” and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of KeyBank Center. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats you are in upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder.
We urge everyone to purchase tickets at the KeyBank Center Box Office or online.
Tours
Due to the continuous change in building availability, we will no longer be offering tours to the public.
Video Board Messages
With a donation of $20 from non-Season Ticket Members and no charge for Season Ticket Members, birthday messages will be shown during halftime. There is a three-day advance notification required and requests can be submitted by filling out the online form.
WiFi Accessibility
WiFi is available throughout KeyBank Center. WiFi is free and can be accessed by signing onto the wireless network “Sabres Guest Wi-Fi.”
Will Call
If you would like to leave tickets for your guests, please contact Account Services Office. Will Call is located at the ticket windows which are to the east end of the pavilion.
