The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has signed transition player Micah Hanson to a three-year contract, pending league approval.
Hanson (5’9”, 190 lbs., 12/7/2003) was selected by the Bandits in the fifth round (57th overall) of the 2026 NLL Entry Draft after completing a four-year collegiate career with Canisius University. As a senior in 2026, he matched his career highs with four goals and seven assists while also setting a career high with a .618 faceoff percentage. In 60 career games for the Golden Griffins, the Black Earth, Wisconsin native recorded 22 points (11+11) and a .534 faceoff percentage.
