The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has signed defenseman Mitch de Snoo to a one-year contract and transition player Scott Dominey to a two-year contract. Both deals are pending league approval.

de Snoo (6’2”, 220 lbs., 10/22/1992) completed his sixth season with Buffalo, registering 11 points (3+8) and 144 loose balls in 14 games played. He led the team and tied for seventh in the league with 144 loose-ball recoveries. He ranked second in assists and third in goals and points among team defensemen.

Over 10 seasons in the NLL, de Snoo has registered 51 goals, 97 assists, 148 points and 1,359 loose-ball recoveries in 156 career games. He ranks fifth in Bandits history in forced turnovers (120), seventh in blocked shots (30) and tenth in loose balls. The Oshawa, Ontario native has played in six postseasons in the NLL, totaling 11 points (4+7) and 140 loose-ball recoveries in 18 career playoff games. de Snoo was named NLL Defensive Player of the year in the 2021-22 season with Toronto.

Dominey (6’0”, 185 lbs., 7/13/1997) was selected by the Bandits in the NLL Dispersal Draft on Sept. 15. He spent the last three seasons as a member of the Philadelphia Wings, where he compiled 20 points (9+11) in 32 games. A native of Orangeville, Ontario, Dominey has totaled 60 points (35+25) and 467 loose-ball recoveries in 77 career NLL games for the Wings, New York Riptide and Toronto Rock.
