Members of the Buffalo 'Bandit Brigade' are heading to Philadelphia this weekend to raise some money for a good cause.

The lacrosse fan club is set to participate in the ninth annual Fann Cup tournament in order to benefit the Laurel House - an organization that helps victims of domestic abuse.

The event begins July 24 at Bucksmont Indoor Sports Center, as fans supporting their respective NLL teams battle in an amateur lacrosse tournament. Other fundraising activities include both a chinese and silent auction.

Fans supporting the Bandits, Rock, Wings, Knighthawks, Swarm and Blazers will all compete. To date, the Fann Cup has generated more than $34,000 for charity and is played each summer in a different city.
